Captive insurance (R 2021-12)

The Office of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC) is considering rulemaking for the implementation of 2SSB 5315 (leg.wa.gov), concerning captive insurance, passed in the 2021 legislative session. This law requires the OIC to incorporate the statutory framework and requirements into the Washington Administrative Code.
