Online services
Before our online services can be used, a user ID and password are required to register.
You will not need a registration letter if you are applying for the first time.
If you are not sure that you've received a registration letter or you've misplaced yours, request another:
- 360-725-9633 and select the "Licensing" option
- onlinelicense@oic.wa.gov.
Note: For surplus lines brokers, remember to register to pay your surplus lines taxes.
For individuals 
- Apply for a new license. Renew or reinstate your license. Print your license, appointment or affiliation. Update personal information. View your current profile or education history.
For business entities - Apply for a new license. Renew your licenses and affiliations. Reinstate your license. Submit new or cancelled affiliations. Print licenses, appointments or affiliations. View current profile.
For continuing education providers - For education providers to submit their rosters.
For insurers - Submit new or cancel appointments. Renew and print your company appointments.
Note: Online services will not be available on Wednesdays 8 pm - 11 pm and Sundays from 5 pm - Midnight, Pacific Time for system maintenance.
